How to delete your Moosic account and personal data

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is in the Moosic app: open Settings and use the account deletion option there. This will delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data, except information we are required or permitted to retain by law for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping.

Request by email

You can also request deletion or exercise other data rights by emailing from the address linked to your account. Include your username if you have one.
